For over 20 years, I have been exploring and sharing practices that help people connect with themselves and find balance in their lives.

Yoga is at the root of everything I do…

Its elements explore the entire body — inside & out — and how the physical, emotional and mental are all connected. Ultimately, it helps us to fit better in our lives, in the world, and the universe around us. My curiosity has led me to explore many other practises from all over the world and what unites them.

I have a home studio where I host small group or one-to-one sessions, and also run classes in my local area of Wimborne, in Dorset.

My approach is about meeting individuals where they are, whatever age, diversity or ability, & offering a safe space and practices that feel like the right fit. Whether you’re looking to manage stress, get physically fit, or try something new …
