My cosy studio was built in 2019. It is home to my tailored one-to-one & small group sessions that can be adapted to a specific need, goal or interest. It is a space for safe & free body & mind expression. 

We are all unique — a mixture of our physical, emotional & mental past, present & future. How we respond to life’s challenges, joys & everything in-between depends on this.

Aerial Yoga

Aerial yoga uses a hammock to support traditional yoga poses and movements. It improves flexibility, strength & balance while allowing for inversions that can ease back tension.

The practice is accessible for beginners but offers plenty of challenges for advanced yogis. It’s a unique & relaxing way to explore movement and connect with your body.

Sound & music

My studio is an also place to discover the body’s response to sound & vibration. Music & sound have the power to evoke deep emotional & physical responses rooted in our evolution as humans.

Come and play with the powerful resonance of the gong, with different frequencies of Tibetan singing bowls and chimes. Bathe in the vibration of sound waves for deep relaxation to help release stress and tension while fostering a state of tranquility, harmony & balance in the body.
