The elements of Yoga explore the entire body --- inside & out — and how the physical, emotional, mental & spiritual are all connected.
I have a home studio where I host small groups or one-to-one sessions, and I run classes in my local area of Wimborne, in Dorset. When necessary I can also connect virtually.

What we consume, our relationships, our work and leisure, how we move and hold ourselves, whether competitive or cooperative, creative or logical and how we rest and how we perceive the past, present and the future - everything in our lives has an effect on the body’s systems and long-term health.
With practise Yoga helps us understand & balance our own physiology, whatever is going on in our lives.
Not only do we get more mobile & stronger with the body movements (asana), This prepares the body for other techniques - concentration (dharana) meditation (dhyana), breath work (pranayama), sound (mantra), even hand movements (mudra) - all of these affect the breath rate, the nervous system and our emotional regulation.
Yoga balances the past, present & future demands placed on the entire body.
My approach is about meeting individuals where they are - whatever age, diversity or ability - & offering a safe space and practices that are the right fit for them.
Whether a challenging or restorative physical practise, a better understanding of your mind or to calm your emotions & feel more connected ..
